ADVENTURES IN CODING
Join us for an unplugged parent and child coding workshop based on the children’s book Hello Ruby: Adventures in Coding. For ages 6-8. Parent or caregiver must attend with child. Registration required.

DIGIFLIPBOOK ANIMATION
In this paperless animation class we will discuss the 12 principles of animation techniques created by Disney animators Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston. Then students will create simple digital flipbook animations using the iPad. For ages 12-15.         Registration required.

BATTLE OF THE BOOKS
Library staff have chosen some of our favourite books. Now it’s your turn to pick which one is the best.  Which book will win?  Be sure to stop by any RPL branch to cast your vote between March 11-March 25.  Winner will be announced Sunday March 26th.  For kids of all ages.

SPRING BREAK READING CHALLENGE
Pick up a competition form beginning March 11th at any RPL branch.  Complete at least 4 of the activities listed and return your passport to the information desk for a chance to win great prizes.  Contest ends March 29th.  For kids of all ages.
